Enterprise Account Executive

BackConnect is looking for a seasoned sales professional to help us build a field sales team in North America. The ideal candidate will posses both a sales and technical background that will enable them to cultivate long and successful relationships with technical and non-technical buyers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
  • 2+ years of direct B2B selling to large enterprise accounts. (Bonus)
  • Basic understanding of computer networking.
  • Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Comfortable working in a small, evolving, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales in a defined terriotry and/or account list to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage contract negotiations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions for BackConnect services.
  • < 25% travel.
