Enterprise Account Executive
BackConnect is looking for a seasoned sales professional to help us build a field sales team in North America. The ideal candidate will posses both a sales and technical background that will enable them to cultivate long and successful relationships with technical and non-technical buyers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
- 2+ years of direct B2B selling to large enterprise accounts. (Bonus)
- Basic understanding of computer networking.
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit.
- Comfortable working in a small, evolving, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales in a defined terriotry and/or account list to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage contract negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Maintain a sales pipeline.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for BackConnect services.
- < 25% travel.
